Look at this guy! He’s so close to walking it’s CRAZY!

Hunter is 10 months old! WE-CAN-NOT-BE-LIEVE-IT! <– (Little Einstien reference) That means his 1st birthday is just around the corner. Oy! This little guy surprises us every day and we couldn’t be more proud. He’s right on the brink of taking his first steps and he adores climbing the stairs. He’s also been eating like a champ lately. Devouring half of a grilled cheese sandwich in seconds! 🙂 We love our Hunter-roo!
The Williams Crew took Mexico by storm. Our cruise to Cozumel and Progreso was chock full of fun and relaxation. It should be illegal to pack this much awesomeness into one vacation.
Another exciting moment during our West Virginia trip. We were on our way to the reunion when nature called. But this city girl wouldn’t go without her princess potty. Love the folded hands. SO CUTE!
Early morning bedhead at the hotel on our way back home from the reunion in West Virginia. 🙂
Adalyn had a blast playing with the gigantic bubbles at the Whorley family reunion.
This little dare-devil has been crawling up the stairs all week. Yesterday he made it past the landing and up the second flight earning his official Black-belt in stair climbing. We’re super proud of our little guy and Mommy and Daddy can now show off a few more gray hairs we’ve grown. 🙂
This year Adalyn’s school decided to create a yearbook as one of their fundraising efforts. I think this is a great idea and I plan on offering to take the formal pictures of the kids. Excited about the prospect of taking the formal shots, I purchased this dual sided collapsible muslin photo backdrop from Amazon thinking it would be perfect for the job. Since it’s travel friendly I can throw it, along with an umbrella, ligthstand, and flash in my bag and have a decent mobile studio I can setup in minutes. Here are a few test shots I took at home. BTS at the bottom.
Of course Hunter got in on the action too. 🙂
Here’s a behind-the-scenes peek of the setup.
These kids…
Look who’s pulling up like a boss! For the past couple of weeks Hunter has refused to sit down. He wants to stand up and “walk” everywhere. Walking usually consists of Mommy, Daddy, or Granna holding him under his elbows while he toddles around but don’t even think about sitting him down or the Chirstoff (the red head) in him might show itself. 🙂 I think Hunter woke up one day and realized that crawling is just too darn slow. Especially when he gets in the walker and runs around the house as fast as his feet will take him. We really have to watch our toes when he’s in that thing!
