This long Labor Day weekend has flown by for our family. Staying true to the holiday’s name, we worked all weekend long getting our belongings out of our house and into storage in order to be ready for closing tomorrow. We’re all exhausted. The work was only temporarily stopped for an afternoon birthday celebration for my Grandfather who turned 90 (Happy Birthday Pops!) and a quick dinner in honor of my In-law’s 35th wedding anniversary. While we were loading up the last of our things, Adalyn was itching to play with the ducks one last time. How could we resist? She had a blast feeding them pieces of bread. Although, over the years, we’ve found they prefer a handful of Cap’n Crunch over anything else.
